Job summary

We Pack Logistics in Maxton, NC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to direct and coordinate activities across receiving, storing, and shipping operations. This role reports to the operations leadership and focuses on efficiency, safety, and teamwork to meet customer expectations.

The position offers a full-time schedule, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits, including holidays, PTO and a 401(k) plan, with salary starting at $83k to $103k per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Three to five years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates workload between employees and with customer to provide the smoothest possible performance.
• Coordinates with organic maintenance support or outside contractors to ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained to ensure efficiency, cost effectiveness and safety for both personnel and customer inventories.
• Ensures personnel meet productivity, safety and attendance targets.
• Recommends staffing changes necessary to achieve production, cost, and customer service goals.
