Job summary

We Pack Logistics, based in Maxton, NC, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to direct and coordinate activities of workers handling receiving, storing, and shipping customer products within a warehousing facility.

Starting pay ranges from $83k to $103k per year, negotiable based on experience. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, with possible extended hours depending on demand. A four-year degree or 3–5 years related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or 3–5 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates workload between employees and with customer to provide the smoothest possible performance.
• Coordinates with maintenance support or outside contractors to ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained for efficiency, cost effectiveness and safety for personnel and inventories.
• Ensures personnel meet productivity, safety and attendance targets.
• Recommends staffing changes necessary to achieve production, cost, and customer service goals.
