Job summary

We Pack Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager for Maxton, NC to direct and coordinate activities of workers receiving, storing, and shipping customer products within a warehouse. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years of related experience and offers a starting pay range of $83k-$103k per year, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7am to 3:30pm and possible extended hours depending on demand.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates workload between employees and with customer to provide the smoothest possible performance.
• Coordinates with maintenance support or outside contractors to ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained to ensure efficiency, cost effectiveness and safety for both personnel and customer inventories.
• Ensures personnel meet productivity, safety and attendance targets.
• Recommends staffing changes necessary to achieve production, cost, and customer service goals.
