Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years related experience required.
• Warehouse/operations or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates workload between employees and customer to ensure smooth performance.
• Coordinates with maintenance/contractors to keep equipment and facilities safe and efficient.
• Ensures personnel meet productivity, safety and attendance targets.
• Recommends staffing changes to achieve production, cost, and service goals.
