Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Austell, GA to perform daily inventory handling, cutting wire, packing, and shipping using WMS. The role requires operating forklifts and related machinery, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes physical endurance, adherence to PPE, and teamwork in a location with standard hours Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, select, pack and ship warehouse inventory using Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment including forklifts and large machinery safely.
• Cut wire and cable with machines, ensure accuracy of cuts and proper spooling.
• Fill orders according to type, length and size requested by customers.
