Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Heavy Warehouse Material Handler to receive, store, pick, pack and ship inventory using our Warehouse Management System. The role involves cutting wire and cable, loading materials, and maintaining a safe, clean warehouse environment.

You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate processing of UPS and non-UPS orders, with a Monday–Friday shift from 11:00am to 8:00pm. Role emphasizes safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move inventory weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow procedures.
• Work with Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship inventory per WMS.
• Cut wire and cable with machines and prepare for orders.
• Maintain an orderly, clean warehouse and follow safety rules.
• Process UPS and non-UPS orders, pack and weigh according to orders.
• Perform cycle counts and verify bin locations; report discrepancies.
