Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse Supervisors and teams in Bethlehem, PA. You will plan and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient distribution of inventory.

The role requires a four-year degree and 5+ years of related experience with at least 2 years in supervision. The position is onsite with a Sunday start and variable hours, offering a $5,000 sign-on and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years directly related and progressively responsible experience, including 2+ years supervisory.
• Experience managing warehouse operations in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Warehouse Supervisors and teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of warehouse activities and budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive improvements to reduce errors and delays.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
