onsemi is seeking a highly motivated Wafer Fab Operator to join the Manufacturing Operations Team in Hopewell Junction, NY. Responsibilities include loading wafers, verifying specs, and monitoring equipment and process pace in a 12-hour day shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and verify product specs and equipment settings.
• Must be able to work a 12-hour shift in a clean-room environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and move it over distances.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing tools to process wafers to achieve quality goals.
• Work in a self-directed team to meet daily production targets.
• Interface with computer systems to perform job duties.
• Perform minor process and equipment adjustments and escalate when needed.
• Maintain safety and environmental programs and participate in trainings.
• Use SPC to audit control charts and maintain equipment qualifications.
