Job summary

Vitality Bowls in North Carolina is seeking a store team leader to oversee daily operations, ensure accurate food preparation, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will manage shifts, delegate tasks, and communicate with management on inventory, schedule adherence, and improvements. A food safety certification is expected, and you will handle opening/closing duties with a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to ensure accurate food preparation and timely delivery to customers.
• Oversee shifts, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Handle upset customers politely and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Manage deliveries, inventory status, and restock as needed.
• Monitor cash handling, close out nightly and ensure proper change.
• Engage in training, interviews, and evaluations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and lobby.
• Communicate effectively with managers about schedules and ideas.
