Sweeping Corporation of America seeks a Day Street Sweeper (Non-CDL) in Dallas, TX for the 1st shift. This full-time role offers a pay range of $16–$17 per hour, with minimal travel. You will drive a street sweeper and maintain assigned routes to keep streets clean and safe.

Responsibilities include inspections, safe operation, route execution, and compliance with safety and company procedures, ensuring dependable daily service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year DOT driving experience preferred.
• Driver’s License required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• MVR/background/drug screening per policy and law.

Responsibilities

• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Operate street sweeper safely and efficiently.
• Review routes and complete jobs within allotted time with quality.
• Maintain logs and documentation of activities.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members about issues.
• Adhere to safety policies and site procedures.
• Report equipment issues or incidents promptly.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
