Sweeping Corporation of America in San Marcos, CA is hiring a Day Street Sweeper (Non-CDL) – Full-Time. You will operate the street sweeper on assigned routes, perform safety inspections, and help keep streets clean and safe.

This 1st shift role offers $19-$20 per hour, eligibility for a first pay increase at 6 months, minimal travel, and strong benefits including 401(k) with match and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Must have a Driver’s License.
• Age 21 or older.
• DOT driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the street sweeper on assigned routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain safety and comply with all rules and procedures.
• Report issues and coordinate with team and management.
• Attend shifts reliably and maintain attendance.
