Sweeping Corporation of America is seeking a Street Sweeper (CDL B) in Phoenix, AZ. You will own routes, operate the street sweeper, and ensure safety and quality on daily assignments.

This full-time role offers hourly pay of $19–$20, with a first pay increase at 6 months, minimal travel, and a benefits package. Flexible hours support a work-life balance while contributing to cleaner, safer communities. Candidate must be 21+, have CDL-B, DOT medical card, and a clean MVR; training provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 1 year DOT driving experience; waste & recycling experience preferred.
• License: CDL-B and DOT Medical Card.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Compliance: Pass MVR, background check, and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Own assigned routes and drive the street sweeper.
• Operate equipment safely following traffic laws and site protocols.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Maintain logs, manifests, and required forms.
• Communicate professionally with team, supervisors, and clients.
