Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• US Citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
• One year supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel at client sites.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds are completed.
• Coordinate staffing needs and training of officers.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
• Identify and resolve personnel issues and maintain a productive work environment.
