Responsibilities

• Assess and re-assess patient conditions.
• Develop, implement, and adjust the plan of care.
• Deliver and document patient care per nursing process.
• Supervise licensed and unlicensed staff and mentor students.
• Report to the manager or director and comply with safety goals.
