Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Woodward Hospital is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse for day shift (0700-1600), full-time, in Woodward, OK. The RN will manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process and may float to other units or participate in on-call status as needed.

Qualifications

• RN license in Oklahoma or a multistate license (eNLC) is required.
• BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of hire; Hospice: CPR in lieu of BLS.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patient conditions.
• Develop plan of care and coordinate implementation.
• Provide and document patient care while supervising licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Mentor and guide non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate.
• Adhere to safety goals and residency requirements as applicable.
