Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Portland Avenue Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Staff Registered Nurse to join our patient-care team. You will manage and deliver nursing care to patients using the nursing process and may float to other units or participate in on-call status as required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oklahoma or multi-state license via the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• BLS certification required; CPR may be required for Hospice.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and re-assessments.
• Develop and implement the plan of care.
• Deliver and oversee patient care interventions.
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff as assigned.
