Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Bass Baptist Hospital in Enid, OK is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse for day shift, full-time 0700-1500 with call. The RN will manage patient care using the nursing process, may float to other units, and participate in on-call status.

Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating care, with supervision of staff as assigned. Required Oklahoma RN licensure or eNLC; BLS within 30 days of hire (Hospice CPR may replace BLS); additional service-line certifications as

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma RN licensure or multi-state license via eNLC.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire; Hospice CPR may substitute for BLS.
• Other certifications/competencies as required by service line.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/re-assessments
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate
