Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK is hiring a Staff Registered Nurse for day shift (0630-1900) on a full‑time basis. You will be responsible for management and delivery of patient care using the nursing process and may float to other units.

A sign-on bonus up to $15,000 is available. Benefits include front-loaded PTO, medical coverage across the INTEGRIS Health network, education financial assistance, and 24/7 mental health support.

Qualifications

RN license in Oklahoma or multi-state license from an eNLC member state.
BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Hospice: CPR issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association required in lieu of BLS.
Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill.
Hospice and Employee Health: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; driving record acceptable to insurer.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process.
May float to other units as needed.
May participate in on-call status.
Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals.
Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel.
Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed staff and students.
