Job summary

Eventide Fargo is currently seeking a Full Time RN or LPN to work day shift (6:00a - 6:30p, 72 hours per pay period). Set schedule of every 3rd weekend with a holiday rotation.

The RN/LPN provides nursing care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and Eventide policies, while documenting thoroughly and collaborating with the care team. A weekend differential applies for qualifying shifts during weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have an active ND RN or LPN license.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Ability to provide direct nursing care and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status via physical assessments and interviews.
• Plan and evaluate individualized care plans with physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor effectiveness.
• Provide direct nursing care and document accurately.
• Lead nursing staff and ensure shift coverage.
• Communicate residents' needs to care staff and physicians.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and complete electronic timecard.
