Job summary

Eventide Senior Living Communities in Fargo, ND is seeking a Full-Time RN/LPN to work the PM shift (2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.) with a set schedule of every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Ideal candidate will hold an active ND RN/LPN license and have long-term care experience preferred but not required. Essential duties include assessing residents, planning and delivering care, administering medications, documenting care, and supporting families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active ND RN or LPN license or be able to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status through assessments, observations, and interviews.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans; update plans as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor effectiveness.
• Provide direct nursing care following policies and standards.
• Document accurately in residents' records.
• Provide leadership to staff and assist in staffing.
