Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our pediatric care team. The day shift 7A-7P offers a competitive rate of $35-$40 per hour plus shift differentials, and the opportunity to lead licensed and non-professional staff in delivering holistic resident care.

Responsibilities include nursing care, documentation, medication administration, and collaboration with health care providers to develop and update care plans while ensuring compliance with regulations and safety

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the applicable state.
• Prefer one year of nursing in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care per standards and regulations.
• Lead and direct licensed and non-professional staff.
• Admit, transfer, discharge residents with proper documentation.
• Complete daily rounds and document care plans.
• Administer medications as ordered.
• Ensure safety and sanitation of nursing areas.
