Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Flagstaff, AZ assisted living facility. You will provide holistic nursing care, lead licensed and non-professional staff, and ensure compliance with care plans and health care regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license to practice as an RN.
• Prefer one year of experience in nursing in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, holistic nursing care in accordance with practice standards and regulations.
• Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in delivering direct resident care.
• Complete and transcribe care plans, orders and progress notes.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the health care provider.
• Supervise nursing unit staff and address staff performance issues.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary nursing environment and ensure safety protocols.
