Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee a single program and supervise Direct Support Professionals in a residential or day program setting. The role runs Mon-Fri, 7:30a-3:30p, at $17/hour, focusing on person-centered supports, health care, and regulatory compliance.

The position requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to manage staff and program operations while providing direct support as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Strong computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the program including delivery of supports and compliance.
• Work 8 to 16 flexible hours per week in a supervisory capacity and provide direct support for remaining hours.
• Assist with program planning, records, billing and regulatory tasks.
