Job summary

Sevita's ResCare Community Living division seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee a single program or unit within a residential setting, typically supporting 4-8 individuals. The role blends supervision of Direct Support Professionals with direct service hours, ensuring person-centered plans, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance are delivered daily.

The position is full-time, hourly, with a pay rate of $18.00-$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related work experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support: Works regularly scheduled shifts as a direct support professional.
• Records: Documents as required; reviews individual records, billing and other program documentation routinely for accuracy and completion on a daily basis.
• Program Planning: Assists the Program Director in development of individual program plans; trains and monitors implementation of plans each day across all shifts.
• Team Meetings: Attends and assists with routine progress meetings.
• Compliance: Maintains licensing compliance for program services; implements Sevita compliance plan; manages individual rights implementation.
• Billing and Utilization: Compiles census or attendance information; reviews data and attests to accuracy; submits accurate data.
• Census Management: Census Capture: Captures daily census within systems; understands importance of accurate and timely service capture.
