Job summary

Sevita's REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a full-time Program Supervisor to lead a DSP team in community-based supports. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring program operations, and maintaining person-centered plans while delivering hands-on support as needed.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–4pm, with weekends as needed; pay is $17.00/hour. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer skills and literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the program including supports, health care, advocacy and compliance.
• Work 8 to 16 flexible hours per week in a supervisory capacity while providing direct support for remaining hours.
