Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Supervisor Residential to oversee day-to-day activities for individuals receiving support. You will supervise direct care staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure onboarding and ongoing training are delivered to maintain high-quality care.

The role emphasizes building partnerships with families, case managers, and referral agents while maintaining compliant living environments and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services is required.
• One to two years’ experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities and appointments for individuals receiving support.
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee program operations.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training are delivered.
• Provide input on hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions.
• Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents, and families.
