Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, and memory care tasks under supervision, promoting dignity and comfort for each resident.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• Ages 18+ eligible; CNA license may allow younger applicants per regulations.
• Exposure to dementia care and resident support is required.
