Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Cloquet, MN is hiring a Resident Assistant (RA). This role supports residents with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and personal care, while ensuring a compassionate, dignified environment on-site at our Cloquet location.

Caregivers perform tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and dementia-related behavior management, with shift options including flexible full- and part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• 18 years or older; CNA license allowed for under-18 option per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming assistance.
• Feeding assistance and mobility support (including mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments.
• End of life care and dementia-related behaviors management.
• Meal preparation, activities, daily housekeeping, and laundry.

Primary Responsibilities

• Toileting and Bathing
• Dressing and Grooming

Schedule & Compensation

• Shifts: Flexible shifts, including 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, with rotating weekends.
• Wages: Up to $19/hour based on experience, includes shift differential
