Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care – Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centered care. You will assist residents with toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and dementia-related behaviors, helping maintain dignity and comfort in daily life.

We offer flexible schedules (full-time or part-time, evenings), competitive pay up to $19/hour, PTO, health and dental insurances, a 401(k), and CNA certification reimbursement while employed.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS background study.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older; CNA license exception may apply in accordance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance.
• Dressing and grooming.
• Feeding assistance.
• Management of dementia-related behaviors.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including use of mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments.
• End of life care.
