Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to provide hands-on care in Cloquet, MN. You will support residents with daily activities, mobility, nutrition, and safety, while upholding dignity and respect in a home-like environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, and block shifts) with competitive hourly wages based on experience, and opportunities for CNA certification reimbursement as you grow in the position.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS background study.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration; 18+ required unless CNA license exception applies.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance for residents.
• Dressing and grooming support.
• Feeding assistance with meals.
• Manage dementia-related behaviors with compassion.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including use of mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments under supervision.
• End-of-life care when needed.
• Meal preparation, activities, daily housekeeping and laundry.

• Toileting and Bathing
