Job summary

Christian Living Communities is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time Day shift at our Colorado facility. You will lead resident care planning and delivery, collaborating with physicians, pharmacists, families, and staff to ensure individualized, high-quality care for residents.

You will guide the nursing team, supervise CNAs, and document care while adhering to regulatory standards. A passion for elder care and strong clinical judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have (or be eligible for) nursing licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate all aspects of resident care.
• Maintain Resident Care Plans and adhere to state/federal regulations and community policies.
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacists, families, and care team; document care.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications per physician orders; manage medication ordering.
• Supervise CNAs and support staff; provide guidance and corrective action as needed.
• Assist with additional duties to support resident well-being.
