Job summary

Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions in Colorado is hiring for a nursing care role focused on coordinating resident care, medication administration, and collaboration with the care team to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and family members on resident status.
• Listen to resident, family or physician concerns and initiate corrective action.
• Attend Resident Care conferences and maintain Resident Care Plans.
• Prepare, administer and document medications per physician orders; manage med supply.
• Document patient care issues and report them as required.
• Recognize signs and symptoms and determine appropriate treatments.
• Supervise ancillary personnel and initiate corrective action as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
