Christian Living Communities (CLC) — Suites of Someren Glen seeks a Registered Nurse to lead the nursing team, directing resident care planning and evaluation to meet individual needs. You will collaborate with physicians, pharmacists and families, mentoring CNAs and guiding care decisions with sound clinical judgment.

Qualifikationen

• Colorado RN license in good standing.
• Geriatrics advanced training preferred.
• 1 year of long-term care experience preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• English language proficiency and strong customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, direct, carry out, and evaluate resident care.
• Follow state and federal regulations and community policies.
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacists, families, and team members.
• Mentor CNAs and support staff; lead care conferences.
• Document medications and update Resident Care Plans.
