Fairacres Manor Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift to lead daily clinical operations and support a compassionate care team. You will guide LPNs, CMAs, and nursing assistants, ensuring high-quality care and resident safety.

The role emphasizes supervising care plans, medication administration, and timely communication with physicians, while maintaining documentation per facility policies and supporting a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience working in senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing activities performed by LPNs, CMAs, and nursing assistants.
• Review care plans to ensure residents receive appropriate and individualized care.
• Assess residents, document physical findings, develop care plans, and communicate with physicians.
• Deliver nursing care focused on resident comfort and well-being.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
• Notify physicians and/or the Director of Nursing of significant changes in residents’ conditions.
• Respond to inquiries from staff and attend to residents’ needs.
• Complete accurate charting and documentation per facility policies.
• Respond quickly to call lights and resident requests.
