Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of practice (or compact/state-specific), current and valid.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in occupational health or clinic settings preferred.
• Professional nursing knowledge aligned with standards of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health needs and plan care with goals realistic and measurable.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and discharge planning as needed.
• Implement and document the plan of care per physician orders and policies.
• Evaluate patient progress and adapt care plans; communicate effectively with patients/families.
