Job summary

Next Generation Management & Accounting Services seeks a dependable Maintenance Technician in Sunrise, FL to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across the community. You will support preventative and corrective maintenance, ensuring safety, functionality, and curb appeal for residents and guests.

The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC knowledge, and strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance, facilities, or related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and safety-conscious.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance across property.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance of common areas and facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections and report safety concerns to management.
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting tasks as needed.
• Maintain property equipment, tools, supplies, and inventory.
• Provide professional service to residents, guests, and vendors; follow safety policies.
