Job summary

Sunrise Community, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform regular and preventive maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned.

The role requires reporting equipment needs to a supervisor and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order. Position also supports monitoring regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment and grounds, and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background and drug screenings required.
• Valid driver’s license with endorsements and at least 3 years driving experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned.
• Reports equipment needs and repairs to supervisor promptly.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order.
• Assists in monitoring regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment and grounds.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
