Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate for our climate-controlled facility. You will be trained in every aspect of your role and set up for success from the beginning, building windows safely with our team.

Shifts include early morning and evening schedules with overtime mandatory, plus a weekend option. We offer health benefits from day one, PTO, and a built-in pay raise after 6 months. Join a family-owned company with a long track record of quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
