PAC Worldwide Bethlehem, PA is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for the day shift. You will lead a manufacturing team, coach staff, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet daily production goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the day shift and supervise assigned personnel to build a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Review daily production schedules and plan shift priorities.
Assign work and ensure materials, supplies, people, and equipment align to meet goals.
Monitor progress and address delays, staffing issues, or equipment problems.
Communicate delays and restart timing with department managers and planning.
Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, planning, HR, safety, and other departments as needed.
Ensure proper staging of materials and adherence to quality specs.
Document attendance, performance, training, and shift updates; conduct performance reviews.
