Job summary

Altium Packaging in Breinigsville, PA is seeking a Lead to supervise a 12-hour A shift, driving safety, quality, and SOP compliance across Production, Maintenance, Warehouse and Quality on a daily basis.

The Lead will train, coach, and evaluate team members, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure proper tooling and materials to meet production goals. The role emphasizes GMP, CPS, and continuous improvement in partnership with plant leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience.
• High School diploma required.
• Associates degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champions a safety culture, ensures a safe work environment.
• Monitors conditions affecting safety and security; takes corrective action.
• Communicates to ensure employees learn and comply with specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies.
• Prepares training plans and conducts or assigns safety, maintenance, machine operation and quality training to new employees.
• Prepares documentation and provides performance feedback to introductory employees.
• Provides feedback to plant leaders concerning employee performance and behavior.
• Ensures employees have required tools, supplies and area to exercise their duties.
