Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field preferred.
• Previous experience supervising a production team in manufacturing/continuous process environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety initiatives and EH&S programs are carried out.
• Maintain a highly trained and motivated workforce.
• Complete individual performance evaluations.
• Operate and maintain boilers, air scrubbers and other process equipment efficiently.
• Generate an annual operations budget for production labor.
• Ensure inspections and maintenance across facilities meet safety and environmental requirements.
