Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. You will oversee mold and pour operations, guide a shift team, ensure safety and quality, and help meet production goals.

The role requires previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues. This is a direct-hire, full-time position with a 2nd shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and coordinate mold and pour operations on assigned shift.

• Select, train, coach, and counsel employees to maintain safe and efficient work performance.
• Organize and assign work duties while monitoring employee performance and productivity.
• Investigate and resolve equipment issues, quality concerns, and production delays.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.

Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM-10:00 PM

What You'll Do as a Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift:

What You Need to Bring to the Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift Role:

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment, quality, and production issues effectively
• Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the workday
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, if applicable
