Job summary

H & T Kansas is seeking a Production Operator to support safe, efficient manufacturing operations on a rotating 12-hour shift from 5:30am to 5:30pm. The role emphasizes quality and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

You will operate Cupper and Redraw Presses, conveyors, loaders, and inspection units, perform visual inspections, basic troubleshooting, and document downtime and throughput during shifts. The position requires strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Two years of manufacturing experience with visual inspection and measurement systems.
• SPC experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and inspection equipment and support production flow.
• Perform visual inspections and basic troubleshooting; respond to alarms.
• Document downtime, rejects, and machine performance; maintain logs.
• Follow safety, TPM procedures and housekeeping standards.
