Job summary

Stryten Energy's Kansas City facility is seeking Production Operators with strong mechanical skills and a solid safety mindset. You will set up and run casting and punch-press machinery, track production metrics, and support lean initiatives on a 12-hour shift pattern (2 on/2 off/3 on/2 off) with some night shift openings.

Qualified candidates will have basic math and reading/writing skills, a good attendance record, and the ability to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills required.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent attendance and reliable work record.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Experience in a mechanically related field is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and follow directions.
• Post-offer background check and drug screen required.
• HS diploma or GED preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run equipment per standard operating procedures.
• Cross-train on Casting, Punch, and Material Handling functions.
• Use strong mechanical ability to run and adjust equipment as needed.
• Maintain daily production reports and counts.
• Perform 5S and housekeeping tasks as required.
• Participate in safety, environmental, health, and training programs.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
