Job summary

The role requires a 12-hour night shift (5:30pm–5:30am) on a rotating schedule with every-other weekend off, and a 10% shift differential for night hours. Overtime pays 1.5x over 40 hours in a workweek.

Qualifications

• You have at least two years in manufacturing with visual inspection and measurement systems.
• Experience with SPC is a plus.
• You demonstrate attention to detail and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and inspection equipment and maintain safe, quality output.
• Perform visual inspections, monitor alarms, adjust as needed.
• Document downtime, scrap, and machine performance accurately.
• Communicate shifts changes and work with supervisors to meet goals.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with safety and environmental policies.
