APCW seeks a Production Operator to promote safety and maintain sanitary food environment in a 12-hour shift setting in Kansas. You will monitor product flow, operate packaging machinery, and keep accurate logs. This role requires physical effort, forklift operation, and adherence to GMPs across all production areas.

Responsibilities include reading gauges, weighing, labeling, and palletizing finished goods, with emphasis on quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced plant.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in agriculture, production, or manufacturing preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English to prepare logs and schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Operate production equipment under supervision.
• Package products and monitor volumes, temperatures, times, and pressures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Perform tasks of receiving, starting, running, shutting down, and cleaning equipment.
• Document readings and ensure logs are accurate per procedures.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift.
• Print packaging labels and prepare bags for filling.
• Lift and palletize finished products and move pallets.
