Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a dependable Production Operator for the 1st shift in Wichita, KS. You will operate production equipment, lift bags up to 50 lbs, and handle materials while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong attendance, basic math/computer skills, and teamwork. Typical shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch, and there is potential for contract extension or full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attendance and punctuality, including reporting on time for a 6:00 AM start.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and willing to perform a variety of production-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform repetitive manufacturing processes according to established procedures.
• Manually lift, move, stack, and handle product bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, and other material-handling equipment.
• Monitor production processes and make basic machine or process adjustments as directed.
• Accurately record and report production information when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
