TekniPlex in Indiana is seeking a Production Operator to support order processing, packaging, and line setup. You will perform inspections, operate equipment, and prepare production logs while following safety and quality policies.

Candidates should have manufacturing experience, read and comprehend safety rules, and be able to work a 12-hour 2-2-3 rotation (5:45 pm–6:00 am). The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and compliance with SQF/HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedures.
• Math skills for quick counting and measurements.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsabilités

• Assist Production Tech with order processing, changes and set-up.
• Bag, box or palletize finished product.
• Perform quality inspections and tests.
• Position sheet rolls on unwind stand and start sheet into formers and through the trim press.
• Assist in the production and operation of manufacturing process equipment.
• Prepare production logs, product tags and time cards as necessary.
• Operate scrap grinder as required and understand recycle system.
• Follow and participate in plant safe housekeeping guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Remain compliant with SQF / HACCP requirements as per location’s Food Safety & Quality Policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
