Job summary

H & T Kansas is seeking a Production Operator for a 12-hour night shift (5:30pm–5:30am) on a rotating 3-on/4-off schedule, with every other weekend off. A 10% premium applies to all nighttime hours, plus overtime pay at 1.5x for hours over 40 per week, per federal and state law.

You’ll operate and inspect Cupper/Redraw presses, monitor alarms, and sustain product quality on the shop floor. You will document performance, maintain safety standards, and collaborate during shift transitions to

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with visual inspection and measurement systems.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and inspection equipment, including Cupper and Redraw Presses, and conveyors.
• Conduct visual product inspections and basic troubleshooting to maintain production flow.
• Document downtime, reject rates, machine performance, and inspection results; communicate shift handoffs clearly.
