Swegon North America in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring a Day Shift Plant Supervisor to lead hourly employees and team leads in a unionized manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will translate production plans into daily results, enforce safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and coach staff to solve problems on the floor.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, including at least two years leading hourly employees
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication or a comparable manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality controls, production planning, and maintenance coordination
• Ability to set expectations, coach constructively and make timely decisions in a fast-moving plant
